Shipping Information

All Cashmere-Lashes orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Saturday.

We primarily ship using USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority Mail.

If you need FedEx Overnight Service, your order must be placed before 9:00 AM, Monday–Thursday. FedEx Overnight does not deliver on weekends, so please plan your supply orders and client appointments accordingly.

Store Pickup

If you prefer store pickup:

• Please wait for your pickup confirmation email indicating your order is ready, or

• Call/text our store at 951.710.4621 with your order number for a faster response.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package.

Once delivery confirmation is available, Cashmere-Lashes is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Buyers should contact USPS directly with their tracking number for further assistance.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and safe shipping address and contact information.

 

International Orders & Customs

We are not responsible for any customs charges or additional fees once your package has left our facility. All customs fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you are unsure about customs fees, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees are refused at delivery, your order will be returned and shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Lost Packages

Buyers have up to 90 days from the order date to file a lost package claim with USPS in order to be eligible for any compensation related to their order.
