All Cashmere-Lashes orders are processed and shipped at 7.00AM Mondays-Saturdays. Sundays we close and so does the US Postal Service.
Flat rate charge is $5.50 for USPS First Class, $8.50 for USPS Priority, $50 for FedEx Overnight within the United States and $15.00-$20.00 international.
We use First Class Package and Priority service from USPS to ship our products. If you need FedEx Overnight Service, order must be placed before 9.00am Mon-Thu for FedEx Overnight and there is no delivery on weekends. Please plan your supply shipping time and clients' schedule accordingly.
If you prefer store pickup, please wait until you receive the confirmation email indicating your order is ready to pickup. Or, call/text our store number 951.710.4621 with your order # for a faster response. Note: The new address is valid as of Feb 1st, 2020 so please make sure you come to new location for pickup.
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Cashmere-Lashes is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Buyers can contact USPS with your tracking number to retrieve more information of packages.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and safe address and contact information. All shipments over $200 require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to receive the package personally. If you would like to waive the right to a signature you can do so by contacting us, however, this will, in turn, waive any insurance on your package from Cashmere-Lashes.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Buyers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost with USPS in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
